About The Position

The Parts Distribution Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment. This role oversees inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team performance while driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes. The Parts Distribution Manager ensures customer expectations are consistently met through strong operational execution, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Position Details This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with the potential for extended hours during the irrigation season. The role is based at our warehouse location in Paul, Idaho.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in irrigation, agricultural equipment, or distribution logistics (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Ensure high accuracy (target 95%+) in order picking, packing, and inventory management
  • Oversee timely processing of small package, pallet, crate, and CPU orders
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and priorities to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members, including senior associates and leads
  • Provide clear direction, accountability, and performance feedback
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Foster a culture aligned with Lindsay’s values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Collaboration, and Creativity
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Ensure proper use of warehouse systems and data entry accuracy
  • Ensure a high level of customer and dealer satisfaction through order accuracy and responsiveness
  • Partner with customer support and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Build trust through operational excellence and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee equipment usage and maintenance, including forklifts
