About The Position

The Parts Distribution Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment. This role oversees inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team performance while driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes. The Parts Distribution Manager ensures customer expectations are consistently met through strong operational execution, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Position Details This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with the potential for extended hours during the irrigation season. The role is based at our warehouse location in Paul, Idaho.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in irrigation, agricultural equipment, or distribution logistics (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Ensure high accuracy (target 95%+) in order picking, packing, and inventory management
Oversee timely processing of small package, pallet, crate, and CPU orders
Monitor workflow, staffing, and priorities to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members, including senior associates and leads
Provide clear direction, accountability, and performance feedback
Support onboarding and training of new employees
Foster a culture aligned with Lindsay’s values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Collaboration, and Creativity
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Ensure proper use of warehouse systems and data entry accuracy
Ensure a high level of customer and dealer satisfaction through order accuracy and responsiveness
Partner with customer support and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
Build trust through operational excellence and product knowledge
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Oversee equipment usage and maintenance, including forklifts
