Reporting to the Head of People & Organization (P&O) for Tasty & Wholesome, the Manager, P&O Business Partner leads critical performance and talent management, culture and engagement, and people analytics initiatives across the Tasty & Wholesome business, supporting brands such as MorningStar Farms®, Eggo®, Rice Krispies Treats®, and Pop-Tarts®, as well as the Better For You portfolio, including RXBAR®, Nutri-Grain®, KIND®, Pure Organic®, and Kashi. Requirements

Strong HR experience
Experience executing talent and performance management initiatives, culture and engagement projects, and overall change management
Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing demands and execute projects
Demonstrated data analysis skills with a strong ability to translate findings into clear, compelling narrative for stakeholders

Responsibilities

Analyze workforce data and reporting insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing recommendations that support informed business and talent decisions.
Coordinate and support execution of key people processes, including talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and other annual people programs.
Partner with leaders, associates, and P&O colleagues to ensure effective communication, process execution, and a consistent associate experience across businesses.
Contribute to culture, engagement, and change initiatives by helping design, organize, and execute activities that strengthen associate experience, team effectiveness, and organizational performance.
Manage and deliver key P&O projects and workstreams, tracking milestones, identifying issues, and supporting implementation of organizational and people-related initiatives.
