About The Position
Signet Health is partnering with Archbold Brooks Hospital to manage a NEW Outpatient Senior Adult Behavioral Health program located in Quitman, GA. They are recruiting for a seasoned, full-time Manager of Behavioral Health/Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC). This position reports to the Behavioral Health Administrator for Archbold. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing group therapy, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building community relationships.
Requirements
- Valid GA licensure in social work (LCSW) or professional counseling (LPC) required.
- Expertise in the needs of geriatric patient populations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous management/supervisory experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the program
- Providing group therapy
- Supervision of program staff
- Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal and licensing agency regulatory standards
- Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the programs.
