About The Position

This role is for a leader to own the U.S. talent strategy for a global medical device company. The position will lead the Organizational Development department and collaborate with international regions for global alignment. The role offers the opportunity to lead a department, present talent insights to executives, and has eligibility for an annual bonus and a discretionary long-term incentive program.

Requirements

• Corporate-side OD career, consulting internally with business and HR leaders
• Experience designing talent assessment and bench strength planning processes
• Ability to coach executives

Responsibilities

• Design talent assessment and bench strength processes to identify future leaders for critical roles
• Run engagement/experience surveys and 360 assessments, then condense the data into actionable insights
• Evolve performance management toward continuous feedback
• Build leadership and competency development with trainers and instructional designers
• Coach leaders and facilitate team effectiveness sessions
