About The Position

Great execution isn’t just about getting things done—it’s about getting the right things done, and helping others do the same. As Manager of Organic Search, you own the quality and delivery of organic campaigns across your accounts and your team. You’re leading analysts, collaborating across departments, and working directly with clients to ensure that SEO and AEO strategies translate into measurable results. This role is evolving. You’re expected to go beyond executing tasks and start advising clients on how organic performance connects to their broader business goals. You’ll also be a key driver of AI adoption at the execution layer—integrating tools that make the team faster and sharper without sacrificing quality. You’ll work with clients that range from B2B organizations with long sales cycles to multi-location businesses in healthcare, higher education, retail, and grocery—comfort navigating both lead-based and bricks-and-clicks models is important. If you’re someone who takes pride in developing people, protecting standards, and pushing execution toward something more strategic, this is where you belong.

  • Collaborate with the hiring team to evaluate qualifications and provide input in selection meetings.
  • Maintain a smooth, communicative recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with paid media, analytics, and sales teams when cross-channel value justifies the investment.
  • Contribute organic expertise to cross-channel initiatives.
  • Uphold and promote the agency’s core values, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
