The Manager Order Services position is responsible for leading order management operations to deliver a reliable, efficient, and customer‑focused order experience. This role owns end‑to-end order execution performance, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across order processing, fulfillment coordination, and issue resolution. The Manager leads and develops a team, leverages advanced systems and data to drive decisions, and partners cross‑functionally with various Supply Chain teams to ensure orders are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer and business expectations.
