Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience required
• Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
• Ability to work in plant and office environments

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily management and leadership of a large area or plant
• Responsible for inventory control, storage, and ordering
• Prepare and implement approved capital plans/projects and develop and direct facility maintenance and improvement programs
• Manages all aspects of production and distribution including inventory
• Ensures efficient use of labor, equipment and expense elements
• Identify, promote and execute on the group’s overall strategy
• Direct the facility employees and work to assess employee needs to provide a culture that encourages and fosters productivity, career development and good morale in the workplace
• Creates, modifies and adheres to overall financial plan for area or plant
