Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing operations and multiple project work streams with strong organizational skills.
  • Expertise in developing and executing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated accountability in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in service improvement initiatives and applying analytical methodologies.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

  • Oversee development of tools and reports, providing subject matter expertise and driving execution to meet performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
