About The Position

This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the WFM team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Requirements

  • Strong background in labor management, task management, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
  • Experience in retail or supply chain environments
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments
  • Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies
  • Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
