Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital design capabilities
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and Figma
  • Experience adhering to corporate brand guidelines
  • Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into creative work
  • Experience managing projects from concept through delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling, high-quality graphics and creative assets for multi-channel solutions
  • Develop original visual concepts that reinforce brand identity and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to understand communication objectives, and translate them into effective visual solutions
  • Oversee the creative process from concept through design, development, and implementation, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities
  • Serve as a creative thought partner, articulating and presenting visual concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders and leaders with a focus on finding solutions that meet both partner and content team objectives
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining an organized production calendar and workflow to consistently meet deadlines
  • Keep project files well-organized for easy access by the creative content team
