About The Position

Members manage projects, optimize workflows, and support business goals with a focus on accountability and effective communication. Requirements

Proven experience in managing operations and project initiatives with strong organizational skills.
Ability to develop, communicate, and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Expertise in analyzing data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities aligned with business goals.
Strong skills in process improvement, operational excellence, and quality-driven execution.
Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.
Proficiency in prioritization, accountability, and adapting to changing business needs.
Effective communication and leadership skills to mentor and develop team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
