The Manager Operations Performance and Data Analytics, North America is a key leader within the Global Operations (COO) function, driving regional performance through data‑driven insights. This role leads a team of BI and Reporting Analysts, partners cross‑functionally on strategic initiatives, and delivers analytics that enhance business efficiency, performance, and decision‑making. You will shape scalable reporting, analytics frameworks, and automation solutions to maximize operational impact and stakeholder value. Way of working: This is a US remote based position. Candidates must currently reside in select U.S. states where we are authorized to hire and be legally eligible to work in the US. Current or future sponsorship is not available. Authorized States: Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This role bridges global data strategy and regional delivery, ensuring consistent, high‑quality insights while developing a strong, engaged analytics team.
