About The Position

This position will be responsible for daily operations within their line of business, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role serves as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalations, supports staffing needs, and monitors production accuracy and attendance. The Manager collaborates across departments to drive operational excellence and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree and equivalent industry experience required.
Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry required.
At least 2 years’ experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing daily production and resolving escalations promptly.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and efficient team.
Mentor department leads to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor SLA compliance and production metrics/KPI and proactively address potential risks or issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client production guidelines and ensure alignment across teams.
Collaborate with Human Resources to promote an inclusive, ethical, and high-performing culture.
Partner with internal leaders and external stakeholders to align strategies and resolve operational challenges.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
