Lead and manage operations development projects to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget Drive capital investment planning and execution, including business case development, ROI analysis, budgeting, and post-investment performance tracking Oversee capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from initiation through implementation Lead technology transfer initiatives for processes, equipment, and products, ensuring smooth transition across manufacturing sites Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure successful project execution Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and governance structures for complex projects Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards Support equipment selection and procurement activities, including vendor assessments, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT) Track and report project progress, key metrics, costs, and risks Capture lessons learned and implement best practices to enhance operational excellence across sites What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in operations development, engineering, manufacturing, or operational transformation roles Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, including operations development and process improvement initiatives Demonstrated experience in capital investment (CapEx) planning and execution, including business case development, budgeting, and ROI analysis Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Experience working with suppliers and external partners, including equipment vendors and technology providers Solid understanding of operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational, financial, and technical data Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required We Offer We offer a challenging work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations development, engineering, manufacturing, or operational transformation roles
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, including operations development and process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in capital investment (CapEx) planning and execution, including business case development, budgeting, and ROI analysis
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working with suppliers and external partners, including equipment vendors and technology providers
  • Solid understanding of operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational, financial, and technical data
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
