Manager of Development Operations At Care Dimensions, philanthropy fuels compassionate care for patients and families facing serious illness. We’re seeking a full-time Manager of Development Operations to be the engine behind our fundraising success—ensuring our systems, data, and processes run with accuracy, integrity, and heart. This role is ideal for a detail-driven leader who loves clean data, strong controls, and building efficient systems that empower meaningful donor relationships.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in development operations, nonprofit finance, or database management
  • Proven experience managing CRMs (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of gift processing, reconciliation, and nonprofit financial controls
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing staff
  • Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our donor CRM, ensuring data integrity, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee gift processing, donor acknowledgements, tax statements, and tribute giving with precision and care
  • Partner closely with Finance to manage reconciliations, restricted fund tracking, and audit readiness
  • Provide operational leadership for fundraising events, online giving platforms, and donor communications
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop two Development Associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
