The Manager, Onboarding & Communications role is responsible for managing Patient Service Center (PSC) onboarding programs, coordinating learning enablement for product and process changes, and driving clear, timely planning and communications. The Manager ensures changes impacting PSC are translated into well-sequenced learning plans, materials, and communications delivered consistently and on schedule. The role serves as a central point of coordination to align stakeholders, manage execution, and keep onboarding and learning programs on track.
