About The Position

Pirates Voyages is seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to fill our Operations Manager position. This is a growth opportunity position within the organization. This role involves direct supervision responsibilities across multiple types of departments including food & beverage, retail, maintenance, and guest services. The Manager on Duty will be responsible for maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace and guest areas, coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance staff on projects, and mentoring Department Managers. This position also works with the General Manager to ensure company financial and attendance goals are met.

Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years of general management and supervisory experience.
Previous work experience in the hospitality industry is strongly desired.
Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
Relevant: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Manager on Duty for themed, fast-paced Dinner Attraction.
Serves as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator for attraction.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace and guest areas.
Coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance staff on maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring that the job is completed on schedule and within budget.
Mentoring and providing direction to Department Managers.
Works with General Manager in ensuring company financial and attendance goals are being met.
