The Manager on Duty (MOD) will supervise all front-end staff and perform administrative tasks assigned by the store manager. The MOD will be responsible for closing the store on some nights and ensuring the store is ready for opening. This role involves overseeing the daily workflow of the front-end staff, leading the store in corporate-assigned programs and policies, and recommending disciplinary actions or terminations in partnership with Store Management. The MOD ensures consistent, efficient, and pleasant customer experiences by resolving customer service issues, complaints, or requests. They will assist with all opening and closing duties, continuously train and support front-end staff on procedures, and maintain the safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the front-end, bathrooms, and parking lot. Additionally, the MOD ensures all front-end supplies and ice are replenished and performs other related duties as required.
