About The Position

This role focuses on Business Process Leadership, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Material Requirements and Detailed Scheduling planning processes within OMP continuous improvement efforts. The position involves leading process analysis, defining requirements, managing a backlog in Jira, and ensuring enhancements deliver business benefits. The individual will also be responsible for product delivery and execution, supporting feature delivery through design, testing, and implementation, and partnering with the Center of Excellence on change management and training.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate business pain points into clear requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong ability to connect business process needs to system enhancement opportunities.
  • Change management experience preferred.
  • Experience leading or influencing process design, continuous improvement, and business change efforts.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across business, IT, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Functional experience with Snowflake SQL and Power BI preferred.
  • Interest in using AI models like Claude to analyze and parse data and solve business problems required.
  • Expertise in Material Requirements and/or Detailed Scheduling Planning.
  • SAP and/or OMP expertise preferred.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Experience using Jira or similar tools to manage backlog and delivery progress.
  • Budget creation and maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-priority business pain points and translate them into process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Lead current-state and future-state process analysis to define requirements, expected outcomes, and success measures.
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog in Jira based on business needs, user pain points, and value opportunities.
  • Define and support value measurement approaches to confirm enhancements are delivering expected business benefits.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Material Requirements and Detailed Scheduling planning processes in OMP continuous improvement efforts.
  • Guide functional and process design discussions with OMP and KHC IT to ensure solutions align with business priorities and operating realities.
  • Support feature/enhancement delivery through design, testing, defect resolution, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Partner with the Center of Excellence on change management, training, and rollout of new functionality and processes.
  • Contribute to Agile team execution by helping track priorities, actions, and delivery progress through Jira and related tools.
