About The Position

From day one, you will make independent execution decisions within delegated authority and coordinate approved roadmap and multi-sourcing initiatives. Eventually, you will build a team with sufficient program management capacity to deliver seamlessly across projects and equipment packages across.

  • Experience hiring, coaching, managing performance, delegating ownership, and allocating resources across concurrent programs.
  • Extensive OEM program experience involving engineering, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Understanding how submittits, design freezes, component constraints, factory capacity, and acceptance affect equipment delivery.
  • Strong power and cooling systems fluency to challenge assumptions, identify technical dependencies, and frame decisions with senior engineers while respecting technical approval authority.
  • A record of recovering threatened milestones across concurrent programs, adapting to changing requirements, and making independent prioritization and resource decisions under ambiguity.
  • Commercial judgment in acceleration, rework, scope changes, contractual milestones, TCO, and cost-of-delay exposure.
  • Ability to present actionable recommendations from incomplete or conflicting inputs.
  • Expertise in critical-path scheduling, risk/change management, and executive reporting.
