Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial psychology, organizational development, business or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of HR experience with full life-cycle recruitment.
  • 2 years of direct leadership responsibility managing staff.
  • Working experience with HRIS software, recruitment/applicant tracking systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in human resources, industrial psychology, organizational development, business or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Eight years of recruitment experience with 3 years in management.
  • Two years working in a Nonprofit organization.
  • Social service organization would be preferred.
  • Experience utilizing AI in recruitment efforts to reduce metrics.
  • Experience utilizing UKG/Recruitment Gateway.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day recruitment strategies with focus on continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
  • Provide day-to-day mentorship, development, and coaching of Talent Acquisition team.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management and recruitment strategies and develop action plans to support continuous improvement.
  • Integrate AI to find efficiencies.
  • Provide regular reports tracking KPIs (number of requisitions open, time to fill, days open, etc) to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) to ensure recruitment decisions are made promptly.
  • Facilitate effective relationship building between recruitment team and with internal and external partners, including recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Support and train hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices, legal responsibilities and overall roles and responsibilities to ensure a smooth process flow within the recruitment function.
  • In collaboration with the CPCO, manage the recruiting expenses to ensure this stays within budget.
  • Find other ways to maximize recruitment budget.
  • May manage a small requisition number of Director level and above positions.
