Description Manage and lead the support team Responsible for the hiring and performance of the team. Develop SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding standards. Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations Maintain vendor relationships and act as liaison between IT and business units. Drive process improvements, monitor SLAs, and ensure compliance with security and ITIL standards.
