About The Position

The Manager of Support will be responsible for leading a team of support that handle enterprise applications with the organization. Description Manage and lead the support team Responsible for the hiring and performance of the team. Develop SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding standards. Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations Maintain vendor relationships and act as liaison between IT and business units. Drive process improvements, monitor SLAs, and ensure compliance with security and ITIL standards.

Requirements

  • Experience managing technical support or application support teams.
  • Supporting team that focus on enterprise application support (EX: ERP, CRM, ITSM, etc)
  • Strong communication and process improvement skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and support metrics.
  • Ability to work onsite is needed
