PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION : The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading purchasing, planning, inventory management, supplier performance, and material availability for Libra Industries' Dayton operation. This role ensures uninterrupted material flow to support customer demand while driving inventory optimization, supplier accountability, cost reduction, and on-time delivery performance. The Supply Chain Manager partners closely with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support business objectives and customer commitments. This position is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that improve operational performance, strengthen supplier relationships, mitigate risk, and support the continued growth of the Dayton facility. The Supply Chain Manager will lead and develop supply chain personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
