About The Position

Raytheon is looking for a Manager of Supply Chain Management to join the Operations & Supply Chain group for the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit (SBU) – Advanced Integrated Surface Sensos directorate in Tewksbury, MA. This role requires advanced/applied knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process, project management and proposal activities. This position is a hybrid role however it does require up to 30% travel to supplier and customer sites. The hybrid requirement requires 2 days onsite per week in the Tewksbury or Andover locations.

Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related.
• Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to support complex product development efforts.
• Excellent reporting/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
• Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtain any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs).
• Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Generate Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes.
• Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.
• Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
• Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
