The Manager of Student Success, College of Leadership and Public Policy, will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of student success initiatives for the MPA and LPS programs. This role ensures an inclusive and supportive environment for diverse student populations, with a particular focus on military students. The position involves managing all administrative operations for the LPS and MPA programs, including enrollment, registration, scholarship processing, financial aid issues, and graduation requirements, while ensuring compliance with university policies. This includes managing multiple streams of federal aid for military-affiliated students. The role also oversees budget management, financial operations, logistics for off-site class locations, communication strategies, alumni relations, and data management to improve program effectiveness.
