Quinnipiac University invites applications for the position of Manager of Student Employment and Graduate Assistantships, a highly visible leadership role that plays a critical part in supporting student success and advancing the university's workforce development initiatives. Reporting to the University Director of Financial Aid, the Manager of Student Employment and Graduate Assistantships provides centralized leadership for the coordination, administration, and compliance of all on-campus and university-affiliated student employment, including Federal Work-Study, institutional non-federal work-study positions, graduate student employment, and graduate assistantships across the university. Working collaboratively with academic units and administrative offices across the University, the Manager ensures consistent practices, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality student employment experience that supports both student success and institutional needs. This role also serves as a strategic partner in maximizing the effective use of student employment and financial aid funding while helping connect students with meaningful employment opportunities aligned with their academic and career interests.
