About The Position
Strategic thinking. Relentless execution. Millennium is seeking a Manager of Strategic Transformation to drive execution of our most critical business initiatives. This role sits at the center of strategy and operations, turning big ideas into real, measurable results. You will work directly with senior leadership to translate strategy into action, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensure accountability across the organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done.
Requirements
- 10+ years in project/program management, operations, or similar roles within mid-sized organizations ($200M-$800M in revenue)
- Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working with executive leadership teams
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level messaging
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in operations, supply chain, IT, or finance
- Background in distribution, industrial, or infrastructure industries
- Experience with large-scale technology implementations
- Familiarity with change management principles
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy into Execution: Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Evaluate initiatives to ensure focus on highest-impact work
- Align execution with business goals and adjust as needed
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects
- Coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and Operations
- Manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure Accountability & Results: Establish clear ownership and hold teams accountable to commitments
- Identify risks early and take action to keep initiatives on track
- Provide clear, concise updates and recommendations to leadership
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze business, operational, and financial data to guide direction
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
- Build Execution Excellence: Strengthen project management processes, tools, and discipline
- Promote a culture of accountability, urgency, and follow-through
