Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing software engineering teams
- Ensure the reliability, maintainability, security, scalability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Architecture teams to improve application design and technical consistency
- Develop and maintain application lifecycle and technology roadmaps
- Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability
