Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago Job Description Shifts Available: Day Shift and Evening Shift General Summary: Oversees, coordinates, and directs service specific activities in the Security Services program and personnel by providing high quality, convenient, compassionate, personalized customer care, while maintaining a nurturing and protective environment. Develops and implements programs in these specific areas that meet the needs of those that we are called to serve at Lurie Children’s. Promotes a leadership style and philosophy that models and promotes the vision of Lurie Children’s. Actively supports all departmental and hospital Quality Improvement and Customer Service goals by modeling appropriate behaviors and providing a work environment conducive to the goals. Leadership Accountabilities: Clinical Quality Outcomes • Establishes and maintains high standards for quality of care, & patient safety. • Takes initiative to improve both processes and outcomes, incorporating best practices, and innovations in professional field. • Ensures compliance with Lurie Children’s policies and all accreditation & regulatory bodies and their standards.
