Reporting to the Director of Engineering Services, the Manager of Roads and Asset Management is responsible for leadership, technical direction and effective oversight of the County’s capital program for transportation assets. This includes long-term infrastructure planning, capital project delivery, development engineering review, and ensuring compliance with all applicable engineering standards, County bylaws and provincial legislation. The role leads a multidisciplinary team of external Consultants, Contractors and in-house technical staff in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, safety and continuous improvement.
