Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management.

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate license preferred but not required, although candidate will be required to obtain one in the first year of employment in all states we do business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable direct reports, including day-to-day task management, training, cross-training, approval of time-off requests, performance reviews, and process/procedure changes and implementation.
  • Take the lead on all new HOA’s and Single Family Homes that join the PJMRE portfolio, acting as PM for the first 3-6 months and successfully transitioning to a long-term manager.
  • Manage the transition of all HOA’s and SFH’s that have a manager change within the PJMRE portfolio.
  • Manage the HOA’s meeting calendar and attend/assist at meetings as needed.
  • Maintain a limited portfolio.
  • Take the lead on all planning of seasonal tasks for the department, including snow bids, lawn bids, gutter cleaning, sprinklers, winterization, budgets, and others as assigned.
  • Assist in the hiring process for your department.
  • Take the lead on all customer issues/complaints related to your department and follow up until resolved.
  • Lead your team on all emergency and storm-related concerns as they arise, leading communication to the team, tenants, and owners.
  • Act as backup to the Manager of Commercial Property Management.
