About The Position

The Manager of Project Management is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data center and environmental field service projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role manages cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, industry standards, and company policies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, operational leadership, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of data center systems (cooling systems, water treatment, commissioning processes) is preferred.
  • Experience with environmental services such as wastewater treatment, deep well injection, or industrial cleaning is a plus.
  • Travel requirement may peak at 75%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for data center infrastructure and environmental service projects, including water treatment, wastewater handling, and waste disposal.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field technicians to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Oversee field operations, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage environmental compliance related to handling, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous materials.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Review and approve project documentation including permits, manifests, reports, and closeout packages.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met for all deliverables.
  • Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
