About The Position

The Manager of Project Advancement will stage, construct, and maintain physical projects across our platform. This role requires a strong sense of order, structure, and systemization, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively in both Western and cross-cultural contexts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic planning capabilities, translate goals into actionable strategies and tactics, and rally a team to execute them. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a holistic approach to team member development and a curiosity for non-Western cultures.

• Exceptional strategic planning capabilities, and ability to translate goals into strategies and tactics, and to rally a team to carry those tactics out.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Holistically develop team members.
• Five years’ experience as a project manager.
• Be an active member (serving in good standing) with regular attendance at a local evangelical church.

Nice To Haves

• A Building Science or Civil Engineering related degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stage, construct, and maintain physical projects across the platform.
• Center Prospecting: Location Research, Site Surveying, Site Selection.
• Center Staging: Project Coordinator Identification, Project Coordinator Development, Project Coordinator Deployment, Field Rep Assistance and Coordination.
• Center Implementation: Holistic Team Member Development, Project Management Systems Development and Implementation.
• Global Project Management: Thrift Store Project Management, HQ Project Management, Operating Center Project Management.
• Global Property Maintenance: Thrift Property Site Inspection and Scoring, Operating Center Property Site Inspection and Scoring, HQ Property Site Inspection and Scoring.
