The Department of Medicine – Division of Allergy & Infectious Diseases has an outstanding opportunity for a Manager of Program Operations (Working Title: Director, Mountain West AIDS Education and Training Center) to join their team. This position provides strategic and operational leadership for one of eight federally funded regional AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETCs) in the United States. Funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the MWAETC advances HIV prevention, care, and treatment by providing innovative education, training, and capacity-building programs for healthcare professionals and organizations throughout a ten-state region. This position directs the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of regional education initiatives while overseeing grant operations, financial management, personnel, and collaborative partnerships. Working closely with University of Washington leadership, HRSA, regional partners, and healthcare organizations, the Director plays a critical role in strengthening the HIV workforce and advancing equitable access to high-quality HIV prevention and care throughout the Mountain West region. This is a 100% remote position requiring occasional regional and national travel.
