Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years transportation experience, focusing on field operations
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Strong business background in financial, strategic, and organizational analysis

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of policies and procedures that improve customer service while driving efficiency
  • Plans and oversees location operational reviews, ensuring locations are following company policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
  • Develops and prioritizes location level training plans, coordinating efforts with HR Training Department when possible
  • Reviews and, when necessary, reengineers location processes, with goals to enhance the customer experience, ensure safety and drive down costs
  • Provides locations the tools they need to maximize customer service and financial performance
