About The Position

The Key Task Owner is responsible for driving excellence in client-focused initiatives that enhance client performance, benchmarking, Risk Tools, and relevant AI experience. This role is responsible for delivering intuitive experience to our clients, providing access to advanced tools, superior performance insights and support for their investing and trading strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in global financial markets, preferably with direct exposure to investment and trading.
Comprehensive knowledge of trading platforms, performance, risk, and benchmarking tools to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
Solid foundation in project management with ability to manage complex projects using structured methodologies for timely delivery.
Experience in formulating and executing strategic vision and building solutions around client needs across global markets.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Creative problem-solving skills, adjusting established methods to address complex challenges.
User-centric approach combined with collaboration mindset to foster alignment within and outside the business area.

Prior experience with AI implementation will be considered a big plus

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategy and roadmap on Client Performance and Benchmarking
Align the vision to solve the needs of clients and partners with a special focus on VIP clients
Establish priorities based on data insights. e.g. Persona dashboard, Voice of Customer, input from Relationship Managers and other key stakeholders
Coordinate prioritization with relevant segment owners
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment to maintain a roadmap with clear milestones and dependencies
Deliver efficient solutions benefiting from having VIP offering, Relationship Managers, CCRM and Supaphly capabilities all within one journey
Bring a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset—identifying quick wins while also delivering on longer-term transformation
Understanding of evolving AI environment and tools
Drive execution to deliver on our vision to elevate the client experience by offering advanced analysis and benchmarking tools, intuitive insights into investment performance and comprehensive risk management functionality
Provide clear insights to help clients assess and improve their strategies, ensuring they stay informed and achieve better investment results.
Champion the integration of AI capabilities to support Saxo’s journey in creating meaningful and personalized experience within Performance Tracking & Benchmarking that resonates with our clients.
