Requirements
- 5-7 years of legal practice management experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree required
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and adapt as new skills are required
- Dedication to fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
Responsibilities
- Paralegal recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation
- Performance evaluations and ongoing performance improvement plans
- Develop and deliver paralegal training and educational support
- Develop and implement standardized procedures, structures, and best practices
- Evaluate paraprofessional workload and productivity
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Maintain regular in-office attendance
