About The Position

Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, our mission is to transform radiology through innovation in clinical value, technology, service, and economics, while elevating the role of radiology and radiologists in healthcare. This position will lead integration management efforts across varying levels of complexity, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and go-live readiness. The role involves facilitating cross-functional communication and issue resolution, proactively identifying risks, escalating critical issues, and driving accountability to meet integration milestones. Additionally, the Manager will develop and execute staffing and physician recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with operational and integration needs. The role oversees practice operations strategy, including physician scheduling, staffing optimization, and demand vs. supply management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and financial performance. The Manager will also serve as a key partner to leadership and field operations in managing complex client relationships, navigating challenges, and leading diplomatically through sensitive or high-stakes situations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management experience
• Ability to independently manage projects, demonstrating strong ownership and execution from start to finish.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex information.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• CAPM or PMP certification preferred
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
