About The Position

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems for third-party reimbursement calculations, evaluating monthly settlements alongside annual filings. The position also involves preparing annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and providing direct support throughout regulatory audits. Additionally, the Manager of Net Revenue will partner collaboratively across regional departments and ministries to execute and align net revenue management activities, and lead staff lifecycle management, including hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating team performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• 7 years of Medicare cost reporting experience in a hospital setting.
