About The Position

CYPHER Learning is seeking a highly hands-on and execution-oriented Manager of Marketing Operations to design, build, manage, and optimize the marketing operations infrastructure that supports CYPHER’s growth. In this role, you will serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, marketing automation, lead management, reporting, and the HubSpot/Salesforce ecosystem. You will operate across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to ensure systems, processes, and data are aligned to drive pipeline growth, operational efficiency, and revenue impact. This is a highly execution-focused individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both architecting solutions and building them. Whether optimizing marketing automation, improving lead management, implementing AI-enabled workflows, or delivering actionable business insights, you will play a critical role in helping CYPHER scale its marketing engine and accelerate growth.
