This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday. The role involves developing and executing payer negotiation and contracting strategies for assigned ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and physician groups. The Manager will lead and manage payer contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and ongoing agreement administration across various payer products. This position requires collaboration with facility, operational, and physician leadership to implement strategies, address challenges, and align reimbursement initiatives with financial and operational objectives. The goal is to achieve facility-specific reimbursement and budget goals through effective negotiation, contract optimization, and market positioning. The role also includes analyzing payer contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and financial models, as well as collaborating with revenue cycle and business office teams to resolve complex payer issues. Monitoring post-implementation contract performance, ensuring timely implementation of negotiated terms, and maintaining strong relationships with payer representatives and internal stakeholders are key aspects of this position. The Manager will also provide subject matter expertise on payer trends and support business development initiatives.
