About The Position

As the Information Technology Manager, you'll make sure staff across Lawrence Hall have the reliable, secure systems they need to serve youth and families every day. This is a leadership role where you'll balance technical know-how with people skills - building trust, solving problems, and guiding IT strategy while keeping our team connected and supported. Our ideal candidate is a people-oriented leader who thrives on collaboration and brings strong project management skills. You have a broad foundation of IT knowledge, paired with the ability to stretch across different functions, such as networking, troubleshooting, and system management. In this role, you will: Lead and supervise the IT team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth. Oversee daily operations, including system maintenance, project management, and policy implementation. Manage agency-wide IT infrastructure, ensuring secure networks, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while deciding when to handle problems in-house versus outsourcing. Partner with leadership on long-term IT strategy, policies, and department goals. Foster a customer service-focused culture, ensuring staff feel supported and equipped to do their work.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Industry-recognized certification (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications) or equivalent professional experience with Microsoft technology.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration with IT concentration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management within nonprofit, social service, or multi-site organizations.
  • Customer service orientation and proven ability to foster collaborative solutions.
