About The Position

The Manager of I.T. Development and Data Engineering is a hands-on technical leader responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of software solutions, data infrastructure, and system integrations across the organization. This role blends individual technical contribution with team leadership, overseeing developers and data engineers while remaining actively involved in architecture and design decisions as well as front and back-end development work. This manager ensures that all systems, designs, and integrations adhere to applicable compliance standards and development best practices.
