The Manager of Inclusive Excellence and Belonging position will provide leadership, direction, and guidance for the development of comprehensive initiatives for staff, faculty, and degree-seeking students, aimed at eliminating structural racism. This includes the management of the Male Engagement Center (MEC), developing identity-based programmatic offerings designed to support student success efforts for underrepresented groups, and providing college-wide learning and tools to address matters related to inclusive excellence and belonging. This position will build upon the efforts of culturally appropriate outreach, recruitment, retention, and completion for underrepresented communities. The Manager of Inclusive Excellence and Belonging will provide subject matter expertise on education, coaching, consultation, programming, evaluation, and reporting for closing equity gaps. This position is critical in fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement, organizational accountability and effectiveness, compliance, momentum, and advancement towards Clover Park Technical College’s (CPTC) and Washington state’s equitable and anti-racist goals.
