Our mission is to promote health, wellness, and social justice for communities most impacted by HIV through sexual health and substance use services, advocacy, and partnership. The Manager of Impact and Evaluation has a vital role on our Strategy Team developing and implementing evaluation infrastructure across programs and strategic priorities. In this role you will lead program monitoring and evaluation, support strategic planning, and ensure quality improvement and organizational learning through accurate data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong evaluation methodology skills, a passion for data equity, and the ability to work across teams to embed a culture of learning and accountability throughout the organization.
