The Manager of Fleet Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Shop and managing a team of technicians, welders, and administrative personnel. This role involves ensuring the preventive maintenance and repair of fleet equipment, implementing and monitoring maintenance policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety, compliance standards, and federal and state regulations for all Interstate Waste Services/Action Environmental Service’s equipment, including trucks, containers, and other heavy-duty equipment.
