About The Position

The Manager of FP&A provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Jackson Companies. This role serves as a financial business partner to operational leaders, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making, profitability, and business growth. The position is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial modeling. This is an on-site position based in Meridian, Idaho and is not eligible for remote work. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools required.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with several priorities while being flexible to shift priority.
Demonstrated success in linking corporate strategy to the development of leadership strategies and programs.
Able to contribute and direct innovation and troubleshooting for other related departments for cross coordination of large projects and complex business impacting service issues.

Nice To Haves

MBA or equivalent degree in an analytical field preferred.
Retail, fuel, convenience store, transportation, or multi-location business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with department leaders to analyze, model, and evaluate business decisions and opportunities.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Provide recommendations based on financial and operational data.
Develop and maintain financial, operational, and KPI reporting.
Analyze trends, identify opportunities and risks, and communicate key findings to leadership.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support decision-making.
Partner with Accounting, Finance, and business leaders to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Assist with operational, capital, and cash flow planning.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
