Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or General Business
  • At least three to five years of experience in healthcare, business analytics, operations analysis, or accounting/finance is required

Responsibilities

  • Management, development and execution of monthly operations reporting
  • Trend and variance analysis of key drivers
  • Revenue cycle decision support
  • New service line assessments
  • Capital investment evaluation and decision support
  • Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets and initiatives
  • Conceive, develop, implement and drive continuous improvement in business analytics, delivering timely and accurate information
  • Serve as a business partner of choice to provide value added insights to hospital-wide leaders and departments
  • Focus on service line growth, cost efficiency, productivity and benchmarking
  • Support work force planning
