This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of field-based clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, consistent care delivery, and adherence to organizational standards. This role serves as the operational execution leader, translating clinical priorities into daily practice and ensuring consistent performance across workflows, audits, and care coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Five years of clinical pediatric experience in pediatrics, home health, or a related field.
- Two years of supervisory/management experience required.
- Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure non-Compact state.
- Must possess a current State Board of Nursing license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- If operating a motor vehicle for St. Jude, must have a valid driver's license from the employee's state of residence and a valid personal insurance policy on the vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- MSN strongly preferred.
- Two years of home health, palliative care or hospice experience preferred.
- One of the following certifications is required within two years of hire date: Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) from the American Organizational for Nursing Leadership (AONL), Nurse Executive Certification (NE-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Association (ANCC), Nurse Executive Advanced Certification (NEA-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Association (ANCC)
