About The Position

The Cleveland Orchestra—one of the most celebrated and respected orchestras in the world—invites applications for the role of Manager of Digital Media Products . This is a unique opportunity to help shape the digital future of an iconic cultural institution. The Digital Media Products Manager will lead the growth and day-to-day operations of our digital media portfolio, including Adella, our flagship subscription video-on-demand platform, as well as our expanding content partnerships, licensing initiatives, and in-house recording label. Blending product strategy, digital marketing, and cross-functional leadership, this role works closely with teams across Digital Experience, Marketing, Education, Operations, and Artistic Planning to elevate how global audiences experience The Cleveland Orchestra online. What You’ll Do Oversee and evolve TCO’s digital media products, ensuring an exceptional subscriber experience. Drive subscriber growth, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing and lifecycle strategies. Collaborate on Adella’s product roadmap and user experience enhancements. Support and execute digital content partnerships, licensing, and distribution initiatives. Manage recording label operations, release planning, and catalog stewardship. Coordinate rights, clearances, and compliance for digital and recorded content. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in digital media, product management, or digital marketing (performing arts, entertainment, or subscription platforms preferred). Familiarity with streaming/SVOD platforms and user engagement metrics. Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. A love of classical music is a plus. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media, product management, or digital marketing (performing arts, entertainment, or subscription platforms preferred).
  • Familiarity with streaming/SVOD platforms and user engagement metrics.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
